Bojana is a professional dancer, a classically trained ballerina who has been practicing the art of body movement for the past twenty years.
Ballet is the best way to shape the body. It also requires proper breathing and maximum attention when performing exercises. Through daily application of these exercises, the body practices motor skills, movement quality, physical and mental concentration.
In the course of her long career, Bojana was educated in other types of dance, contemporary, gaga language of movement, etc. This prompted her to think more deeply about the importance of a healthy body and mind, which is based on the ballet principle.
She created a new system of exercises, inspired by dance, the mentality of a ballerina, which contribute to building self-confidence and awareness of how to feel and look our best on every occasion. These exercises teach the body graceful movements, proper posture, elegant gait (especially in high heels) and most importantly - a feminine look.
Staying consistent with yourself, constantly improving, becoming aware of your mind and your body, knowing what is happening with it at every moment because we learn to listen to it, is an advantage that everyone deserves, not just professional athletes and dancers.
